DEFINITIONS AND SCOPE OF SERVICES 1.1 Definitions For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply: (a) "Dr Taylor Seminars," "we," "us," "our" refers to Jared Taylor Chiropractic Corporation dba Dr Taylor Seminars, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, successors, and assigns. (b) "App" means the Dr Taylor Seminars, website (drtaylorseminars.com), and all related platforms, interfaces, and properties through which our Services are provided. (c) "Services" means all services provided by Dr Taylor Seminars, including but not limited to: (i) Laboratory data analysis and pattern recognition; (ii) Educational content and resources; (iii) Supplement and lifestyle suggestions; (iv) Laboratory testing facilitation; (v) Data visualization and tracking tools; and (vi) Any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time. (d) "User," "you," and "your" refers to you, the person accessing or using the Services, or the company or organization on whose behalf you are accessing or using the Services. (e) "Laboratory Results" means any blood test results or other diagnostic laboratory data input into or processed through our Services. (f) "Pattern Analysis" means the algorithmic evaluation of Laboratory Results using Dr Taylor Seminars proprietary mathematical calculations and predetermined thresholds. (g) "Functional Ranges" means the numerical ranges used by Dr Taylor Seminars for Pattern Analysis, which are distinct from and should not be confused with clinical diagnostic ranges used by healthcare providers. 1.2 Nature and Scope of Services (a) Educational Purpose Dr Taylor Seminars professional opinion-based educational services designed to help users understand patterns in their laboratory results including video content, notes, powerpoint and other resources (videos were developed in 2022-2023). You expressly acknowledge and agree that: (i) The Services are for educational and informational purposes only; (ii) The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; (iii) No provider-patient relationship is created through use of our Services; (iv) Pattern Analysis is not equivalent to medical interpretation of laboratory results; and (v) All health decisions must be made in consultation with qualified healthcare providers. (b) Pattern Analysis Limitations You understand and agree that: (i) Pattern Analysis is based solely on mathematical calculations and predetermined algorithms; (ii) The accuracy of Pattern Analysis depends entirely on the accuracy and timeliness of data entered by you; (iii) Pattern Analysis cannot account for your complete medical history, current medications, or other health factors; (iv) Functional Ranges are not diagnostic in nature and do not replace clinical laboratory ranges; and (v) Pattern Analysis results require review and interpretation by qualified healthcare providers. (c) Laboratory Services With respect to laboratory testing services: (i) Dr Taylor Seminars facilitates access to independent laboratory testing services but does not perform laboratory testing; (ii) Laboratory services are provided by independent third-party laboratories; (iii) You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all laboratory data entered into the App; (iv) Laboratory testing may require separate agreements with third-party providers; and (v) Dr Taylor Seminars assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of laboratory testing or results. 1.3 Service Eligibility and Access (a) Age Requirement The Services are available only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you may not, under any circumstances or for any reason, access or use the Services. (b) Account Requirements To access certain features of the Services, you must: (i) Create an account with accurate, complete, and current information (through the wellness store); (ii) Maintain the security of your account credentials; (iii) Promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or incomplete; and by using this app, you acknowledge and agree to the entirety of this disclaimer and you also acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions and that you have read and agree to this entire disclaimer. DEFINITIONS AND SCOPE OF SERVICES
1.1 Definitions
For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
(a) "Dr Taylor Seminars," "we," "us," "our" refers to Jared Taylor Chiropractic Corporation dba Dr Taylor Seminars, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, successors, and assigns.
(b) "App" means the Dr Taylor Seminars mobile application, website (drtaylorseminars.com), and all related platforms, interfaces, and properties through which our Services are provided.
(c) "Services" means all services provided by Dr Taylor Seminars, including but not limited to: (i) Laboratory data analysis and pattern recognition; (ii) Educational content and resources; (iii) Supplement and lifestyle suggestions; (iv) Data visualization and tracking tools; and (v) Any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time.
(d) "User," "you," and "your" refers to you, the person accessing or using the Services, or the company or organization on whose behalf you are accessing or using the Services.
(e) "Laboratory Results" means any blood test results or other diagnostic laboratory data input into or processed through our Services.
(f) "Pattern Analysis" means the algorithmic evaluation of Laboratory Results using Dr Taylor Seminars' proprietary mathematical calculations and predetermined thresholds.
(g) "Functional Ranges" means the numerical ranges used by Dr Taylor Seminars for Pattern Analysis, which are distinct from and should not be confused with clinical diagnostic ranges used by healthcare providers.
1.2 Nature and Scope of Services
(a) Educational and Research Purpose Dr Taylor Seminars provides technology-based educational AI services designed to help users understand patterns in their laboratory results based on literature and/or research-based analysis. You expressly acknowledge and agree that: (i) The Services are for educational and informational purposes only; (ii) The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; (iii) No provider-patient relationship is created through use of our Services; (iv) Pattern Analysis is not equivalent to medical interpretation of laboratory results; and (v) All health decisions must be made in consultation with qualified healthcare providers.
(b) Pattern Analysis Limitations You understand and agree that: (i) Pattern Analysis is based solely on mathematical calculations and predetermined algorithms; (ii) The accuracy of Pattern Analysis depends entirely on the accuracy and timeliness of data entered by you; (iii) Pattern Analysis cannot account for your complete medical history, current medications, or other health factors; (iv) Functional Ranges are not diagnostic in nature and do not replace clinical laboratory ranges; and (v) Pattern Analysis results require review and interpretation by qualified healthcare providers. (vi) AI technology (chatbot assistant) can make mistakes in verifying and interpreting literature related to blood labs and isn’t a replacement for a qualified healthcare provider.
(c) Laboratory Services With respect to laboratory testing services: (i) Dr Taylor Seminars facilitates access to independent laboratory testing services but does not perform laboratory testing; (ii) Laboratory services are provided by independent third-party laboratories; (iii) You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all laboratory data entered into the App; (iv) Laboratory testing may require separate agreements with third-party providers; and (v) Dr Taylor Seminars assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of laboratory testing or results.
1.3 Service Eligibility and Access

MEDICAL DISCLAIMERS AND HEALTHCARE PROVISIONS
2.1 Non-Medical Nature of Services
(a) Disclaimer of Medical Services YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (i) DR TAYLOR SEMINARS DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, OR ANY FORM OF MEDICAL OPINION; (ii) NO DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP IS CREATED THROUGH USE OF THE SERVICES; (iii) THE SERVICES ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL CARE OR ADVICE; AND (iv) ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS FOR GENERAL EDUCATIONAL AND RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY.
(b) Healthcare Provider Relationship You understand and agree that: (i) You must maintain an active relationship with qualified healthcare provider(s); (ii) All health-related decisions must be made in consultation with your healthcare provider(s); (iii) The Services do not replace or modify any existing healthcare provider relationships; and (iv) Dr Taylor Seminars strongly suggests seeking a second medical opinion for any health concerns. (v) AI technology can make mistakes in verifying and interpreting literature related to blood labs and isn’t a replacement for a qualified healthcare provider.
2.2 Laboratory Results and Pattern Analysis
(a) Data Interpretation With respect to laboratory results and pattern analysis, you acknowledge that: (i) The App's pattern identification is based solely on mathematical algorithms; (ii) Functional ranges used by the App differ from clinical diagnostic ranges; (iii) Pattern analysis does not constitute medical interpretation of results; (iv) Critical or abnormal values require immediate healthcare provider consultation; and (v) The App cannot identify or alert users to medical emergencies. (vi) AI technology (chatbot assistant) can make mistakes in verifying and interpreting literature related to blood labs and isn’t a replacement for a qualified healthcare provider.
(b) User Responsibilities You agree to: (i) Verify all laboratory value units and conversions before entry; (ii) Maintain copies of original laboratory reports; (iii) Promptly discuss any concerning results with your healthcare provider; (iv) Not delay seeking medical care based on App analysis or suggestions; and (v) Immediately seek emergency care if experiencing concerning symptoms.
2.3 Health-Related Content and Suggestions
(a) Educational Information Regarding health-related content provided through the Services: (i) All content is for informational and research purposes only; (ii) Content is not personalized medical advice; (iii) Scientific understanding and best practices may change over time; (iv) Content may not reflect the most current medical research; and (v) Users must independently verify all information.
(b) Supplement and Lifestyle Suggestions With respect to any suggestions provided through the Services: (i) Suggestions are general in nature and not personalized prescriptions and are based on common research and literature results available through AI currently; (ii) No suggestion is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease; (iii) Suggestions have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration; (iv) Users must consult healthcare providers before starting any supplement regimen; and (v) Dr Taylor Seminars is not responsible for adverse reactions to suggested supplements or lifestyle changes. (vi) Users are encouraged to consult their healthcare provider before starting any new supplements or lifestyle changes.
2.4 Emergency Situations
(a) Emergency Protocol YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (i) THE SERVICES ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS; (ii) THE APP CANNOT IDENTIFY OR RESPOND TO MEDICAL EMERGENCIES; (iii) IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY: - DIAL 911 - VISIT THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM - CONTACT YOUR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER (iv) DO NOT DELAY SEEKING EMERGENCY CARE WHILE WAITING FOR APP ANALYSIS OR SUGGESTIONS.
(b) Critical Laboratory Values In cases of critical laboratory values: (i) The App or the AI chatbot may not identify or flag critical values; (ii) Users must review all laboratory reports with healthcare providers; (iii) Critical values require immediate medical attention; and (iv) Dr Taylor Seminars assumes no responsibility for failure to identify critical values. (vi) AI technology can make mistakes in verifying and interpreting literature related to blood labs and isn’t a replacement for a qualified healthcare provider.
2.5 Special Health Conditions
(a) High-Risk Conditions Users with certain health conditions must exercise additional caution: (i) Pregnant or possibly pregnant individuals; (ii) Individuals taking blood thinners or anti-seizure medications; (iii) Individuals with chronic or severe health conditions; and (iv) Individuals with multiple medication requirements. (v) Any other health condition or risk factors that may be deemed high-risk. If a user is unsure they should seek a professional medical opinion with their qualified healthcare provider.
(b) Required Precautions Users with high-risk conditions must: (i) Obtain explicit healthcare provider approval before using the Services; (ii) Maintain regular healthcare provider consultations; (iii) Not modify any medication regimen without provider approval; and (iv) Immediately report any adverse effects to their healthcare provider.
3. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY 3.1 Protected Health Information (a) HIPAA Compliance Dr Taylor Seminars maintains compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA") and its implementing regulations, as amended and supplemented. Accordingly: (i) We implement appropriate technical safeguards (such as de-identification of images) for protected health information ("PHI"); (ii) We maintain Business Associate Agreements with relevant third-party service providers; (iii) We regularly update our privacy and security practices to reflect regulatory changes; and (iv) We provide required notifications of privacy practices and breaches. (b) Data Classification Your information is classified and protected as follows: (i) Laboratory Results: Treated as PHI with highest-level security protocols; (ii) Account Information: Protected under standard security protocols; (iii) Usage Data: Collected and stored with appropriate safeguards; and (iv) Aggregate Data: De-identified in accordance with HIPAA standards. 3.2 Data Security Measures (a) Technical Safeguards Dr Taylor Seminars implements the following security measures: (i) Encryption and Security - AES-256 encryption for data at rest - TLS 1.3 protocols for data in transit - Multi-factor authentication for account access - Automatic session timeouts (ii) Server Security - HIPAA-compliant server infrastructure - Regular security audits and penetration testing - Continuous monitoring for unauthorized access - Redundant backup systems with encryption (b) Access Controls We maintain strict access controls including: (i) Role-based access limitations; (ii) Regular access review and authorization; (iii) Immediate access termination procedures; and (iv) Audit trails of all data access. 3.3 Data Retention and Deletion (a) Dr Taylor Seminars does not retain lab data: (i) Laboratory Data: Is ‘wiped’ and de-identified before being processed by the AI chatbot. (ii) De-identified aggregate data may be retained indefinitely; and (iii) Data required by law will be retained for legally mandated periods. 3.4 Data Breach Procedures (a) Breach Notification In the event of a data breach, Dr Taylor Seminars will: (i) Notify affected users within 72 hours of discovery; (ii) Provide detailed description of compromised information; (iii) Outline steps taken to address the breach; (iv) Provide specific instructions for user protection; and (v) Maintain communication throughout resolution. (b) Breach Response Our breach response protocol includes: (i) Immediate system isolation and investigation; (ii) Engagement of cybersecurity experts; (iii) Law enforcement notification when appropriate; (iv) Implementation of additional safeguards; and (v) Post-incident security enhancement. 3.5 User Privacy Rights (a) Access and Control Users maintain the following rights regarding their data: (i) Right to access all personal data; (ii) Right to correct inaccurate information; (iii) Right to request data deletion; (iv) Right to data portability; and (v) Right to restrict data processing. (b) Privacy Preferences Users may control their privacy through: (i) Customizable privacy settings; (ii) Marketing communication preferences; (iii) Data sharing permissions; and (iv) Third-party access controls. 3.6 Third-Party Data Sharing (a) Authorized Sharing Dr Taylor Seminars may share data with: (i) Third-party laboratories for testing services, other apps, data collection tracking devices (i.e. Apple Watch/Health) or other data collecting features; (ii) Healthcare providers as authorized by user; (iii) Service providers necessary for App operation; and (iv) Legal authorities when required by law. (b) Data Sharing Restrictions Dr Taylor Seminars will not: (i) Sell personal health information; (ii) Share data for marketing purposes without explicit consent; (iii) Provide data access to unauthorized parties; or (iv) Use data beyond the scope of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT 4.1 Account Creation and Eligibility (a) Account Requirements To create and maintain an account, you must: (i) Be at least eighteen (18) years of age; (ii) Provide complete and accurate registration information; (iii) Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; and (iv) Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. (b) Account Restrictions You may not create an account if you: (i) Are under eighteen (18) years of age; (ii) Have previously been suspended or terminated from the Services; (iii) Are creating an account for someone else without proper authorization; or (iv) Are prohibited from using the Services by applicable law. 4.2 User Information and Accuracy (a) Information Requirements You agree to provide and maintain: (i) Accurate personal identification information; (ii) Valid contact information; (iii) Correct laboratory data and medical history; (iv) when submitting images of lab results or medical information, remove any and all identifying markers such as name, address, phone number, medical facility, doctors/providers names, medical numbers or other identifying information (our de-identification process serves only as a backup to removing any identifying information that may have been overlooked by the user); and (v) Updated payment information when applicable. (b) Data Entry Responsibilities You are solely responsible for: (i) Accuracy of all laboratory values entered and removing any and all identifying information on images submitted (if user is unsure they can enter in their lab data manually with no risk to potential identifying information being submitted); (ii) Proper unit conversion and verification; (iii) Timeliness of data updates; and (iv) Completeness of entered information. 4.3 Account Security (a) Security Obligations You must maintain account security by: (i) Creating a strong, unique password; (ii) Enabling two-factor authentication when available, facial recognition when available and any other security measures available; (iii) Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials; (iv) Logging out after each session; and (v) Never sharing account access with others. (b) Security Breach Response You agree to: (i) Immediately notify Dr Taylor Seminars of any unauthorized access; (ii) Report suspicious account activity; (iii) Cooperate in security investigations; and (iv) Change credentials following any security concern. 4.4 Prohibited Activities (a) General Prohibitions You agree not to: (i) Submit false or misleading information; (ii) Input laboratory data for anyone other than yourself; (iii) Attempt to circumvent security measures; (iv) Reverse engineer the App or Services; (v) Use automated systems to access the Services; or (vi) Interfere with proper operation of the Services. (b) Content Restrictions You may not upload or transmit: (i) Malicious code or harmful components; (ii) Content that violates any law or regulation; (iii) Content that infringes third-party rights; (iv) False or misleading health information; or (v) Personally identifiable information of others. 4.5 Account Maintenance (a) Regular Updates You are responsible for: (i) Maintaining current contact information; (ii) Updating laboratory data as new results become available; (iii) Reviewing account notifications and alerts; and (iv) Ensuring continued eligibility for Services. (b) Account Review You should regularly: (i) Review account activity for accuracy; (ii) Verify stored laboratory data; (iii) Update privacy preferences; and (iv) Confirm security settings. 4.6 Account Termination (a) User-Initiated Termination You may terminate your account by: (i) Submitting a written termination request; (ii) Completing any pending obligations; (iii) Paying any outstanding fees; and (iv) Following the prescribed termination procedure. (b) Dr Taylor Seminars-Initiated Termination We reserve the right to terminate accounts for: (i) Violation of these Terms; (ii) Provision of false information; (iii) Extended periods of inactivity; (iv) Suspicious or fraudulent activity; or (v) Any other reason deemed appropriate by Dr Taylor Seminars. 4.7 Post-Termination (a) Data Handling Following account termination: (i) Data will be handled according to Section 3.3; (ii) Access to Services will cease immediately; (iii) User content may be retained as required by law; and (iv) De-identified aggregate data may be retained indefinitely. (b) Surviving Obligations The following obligations survive termination: (i) Confidentiality requirements; (ii) Payment obligations; (iii) Indemnification provisions; and (iv) Dispute resolution terms.
5. SERVICE FUNCTIONALITY AND LIMITATIONS 5.1 Service Availability (a) General Availability Dr Taylor Seminars provides Services on the following basis: (i) 24/7 access under normal conditions; (ii) Subject to scheduled maintenance windows; (iii) May experience occasional unplanned downtime; (iv) Access speeds dependent on user's internet connection; and (v) Subject to temporary suspension for technical necessity. (b) Maintenance and Updates The Services may be unavailable during: (i) Scheduled system maintenance (with advance notice when possible); (ii) Emergency maintenance or repairs; (iii) Application or system updates; (iv) Network or equipment failures; and (v) Circumstances beyond Dr Taylor Seminars' reasonable control. 5.2 Technical Requirements (a) Device Compatibility To access the Services, users must maintain: (i) Compatible Devices: - iOS devices running version 14.0 or later - Android devices running version 8.0 or later - Modern web browsers supporting HTML5 and JavaScript (ii) Sufficient device storage space; (iii) Updated operating systems; and (iv) Functional hardware components. (b) Network Requirements Users must maintain: (i) Stable internet connection; (ii) Minimum 1 Mbps download speed; (iii) Secure network connection; and (iv) Appropriate security protocols. 5.3 Service Limitations (a) Pattern Analysis Limitations Users acknowledge that pattern analysis: (i) Is limited to available laboratory data; (ii) Cannot detect data entry errors; (iii) May not identify all relevant patterns; (iv) Requires complete data sets and possibly more lab data for optimal function; and (v) May change with algorithm updates. (b) Functional Constraints The Services do not: (i) Provide real-time monitoring; (ii) Generate medical diagnoses; (iii) Replace laboratory testing; (iv) Substitute for medical expertise; or (v) Guarantee specific outcomes or results. 5.4 Data Processing and Storage (a) Data Handling The Services process data as follows: (i) Laboratory data is processed using proprietary algorithms; (ii) Results are typically available within minutes; (iii) Historical data is retained according to Section 3.3; (iv) Backup copies are maintained; and (v) Processing times may vary based on system load. (b) Storage Limitations Users are subject to: (i) Maximum data storage limits; (ii) File size restrictions; (iii) Data retention periods; (iv) Backup frequency limitations; and (v) Format requirements for uploaded data. 5.5 Feature Updates and Modifications (a) Service Evolution Dr Taylor Seminars reserves the right to: (i) Modify or discontinue features; (ii) Update algorithms and analysis methods; (iii) Change interface elements; (iv) Adjust storage limitations or chatbot interaction usage where available; and (v) Alter functionality as needed. (b) Update Notifications Users will receive notice of: (i) Significant feature changes; (ii) Algorithm updates affecting analysis; (iii) Security-related modifications; (iv) Privacy policy updates; and (v) Terms of Service changes. 5.6 Geographic Restrictions (a) Service Availability The Services are: (i) Available only in the United States; (ii) Subject to state-specific regulations; (iii) Not intended for international use; (iv) Limited to supported jurisdictions; and (v) Subject to local law compliance.
